Snowflake Obsidian

A powerful healing stone, Snowflake Obsidian is dotted with white patches where parts of the rock have begun to chrystallize. It has properties that will bring things to the surface. These could be positive or negative; love, anger, secrets, etc. But with Snowflake Obsidian they will be brought to the surface more gently than they might be otherwise. It aids in seeing patterns in life and recreating them in a more beneficial way. It is a stone of serenity, purity, and can absorb, shield and protect against negativity. It also gives protection from physical, emotional and psychic harm and is said to dispel bad dreams and anxieties. It helps align with the Divine by transforming negativity into a positive, bringing peace and balance to mind and body. In the AIR program, these stones are used in the Chakra application. Apache Tears

With its glassy luster, Apache Tears is a distinctive stone formed as lava from volcanic eruptions cools within the earth. The speed at which it cools prevents crystallization and the rock forms as solid volcanic glass. When tumbled, the stones are almost transparent. This stone is said to protect the very sensitive against depression, it is the stone of the soft-hearted and gentle people of the world. These stones are used to help us recognize the effects of and release grief and sorrow in a gentle and loving way. This also serves to help rid the energetic system of all accumulated negativity and incorrectness, and keep them clean and flowing smoothly. It is for this reason that Apache Tears are considered to be protective, not allowing any negativity to “stick!” In the AIR program these stones are used in the Chakra application.
